The following system requirements are needed in order to install and run each version of the CMS200x Content Management System.

Regardless of the version of CMS200x you use, your end user web site can be published in almost any language which supports ODBC connectivity. These include .NET, iHTML, Cold Fusion, ASP, PHP, PERL, Python and others. However, the CMS2005 Enterprise and Lite features are best utilized when the web sites are developed in .NET.

CMS2005 Content Management Interface:
You use the CMS2005 Content Management Interface to build and manage your Web Sites from a client PC of the server installed with the CMS2005 Enterprise software. To run the interface, clients must meet the following minimum requirements:

Content Authors, Approvers and Publishers

Microsoft Windows® 98 or higher
Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher
Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher recommended
Popup Blocking software disabled for the CMS2005 Administrative web site

Web Server (Staging, Live and Administrative web sites):

Microsoft Windows® 2000 Server SP3 w/ IIS 5.0
